The Condo Construction Craze

Debra Wellins Been downtown lately?  It's a mass of construction cranes.  Condo towers are going up all over the place from Miami Beach to Hollywood. I've been tracking the 35 condo projects currently under construction in Miami-Dade County.  Three of them are now completed towers*. A Bite to Eat at Tongue & Cheek

Debra Wellins Tongue and Cheek has a very nice Miami Spice menu and they change it up weekly.  I'd been anxious to try this new South Beach restaurant since my friend Allison raved about it after opening day four months ago and continues to rave.
