The Gang Miami is Delish

They call it "A concept of life" and I call it delish.  My gang had dinner here a few nights ago at this Asian fusion hot spot in Midtown (but where else these days). Besides absolutely loving the washing machine counter and cool vibe, the wait staff adorned lab coats inspiring in-vivo experimentation of their menu. Black Brick – Northern Chinese in Midtown

I finally made it to Black Brick, Richard Hales Northern Chinese restaurant in Midtown.  You may know Hales from Sakaya Kitchen and his adored food truck Dim Ssam a gogo. The menu is wonderful, tantalizing and loaded with interesting dim sum, noodle and rice dishes and farm-fresh wok veggies.  And the mojitos and slightly dirty martinis were darn good. Salumeria 104 – Authentic Northern Italian Cuisine

Debra Wellins Midtown has a winner in Salumeria 104.  Although it's not a new restaurant, friends introduced me to it last night and I'll surely be returning. The concept is based on the Italian trattoria and neighborhood shop that serve up specialty cured meats and delicacies, also known as salumi shops. As we walked in, large wooden boards were being served everywhere, piled high with gorgeous cured meats.
