Five States with Highest Home Price Appreciation in July

housing-pricesFlorida (13.5%) along with Nevada (24.2%), California (20.2%), Arizona (14.9%) and Utah (13.5%) had the highest home price appreciation for the month of July, if distressed sales are excluded.

The five states with the highest home price appreciation, including distressed sales, are Nevada (27%), California (23.2%), Arizona (17%), Wyoming (16.4%) and Oregon (15%).

Only Deleware posted a 1.3% depreciation  in its July home price when distressed sales are included.
