Devonwood is a picturesque tree-lined and walled community in Pinecrest with approximately 77 homes located off 67th Avenue between 131st Street and 136th Street. The homes range from 4 – 8 bedrooms with 2,200 – 7,300 square feet (sf) of living area on sizable lots from a half acre to just under an acre.  Homes for sale in Devonwood generally cost from $600,000 to over $1.5 million.

Devonwood, like all Village of Pinecrest communities, is a stable residential neighborhood, with a very low turnover of homes.  Since March, 2012, only six homes have sold and currently, only two homes are on the market.  The listings include a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with just under 4,000 sf of living space, listed for $924,900 and a fully renovated Spanish hacienda with 9 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, and 9,565 sf of living area on 1.5 acres, listed for $2,875,000.
