The impressive home selling trend continues in The Village of Pinecrest with September 2020 sales numbers exceeding the prior year. Great news that I look forward to reporting.
The Stats
- More homes sold – up 32%.
- Total sales volume increased by 49%.
- The average sale price was up 13%.
- The average sale price per square foot was up 9%.
- The median sale price increased by 3%.
- The median sale price per square foot increased by 28%.
A total of 25 single family homes sold in The Village of Pinerest this September as folks are highly motivated to buy while interest rates remain historically low and the rural lifestyle seems safer. Covid 19 infection rates are on the rise once again, with schools and restaurants opening up and some people attending super spreader events and not following CDC guidelines, like wearing masks or practicing social distancing.
A sellers market continues in out beautiful Village with 64 homes under contract and 123 homes on the market as of mid October. Multiple offers are prevalent as bidding wars ramp up with the limited inventory, especially homes under $1 million.
