I had the pleasure of selling a terrific 4 bedroom, 2 bath Palmetto Bay home to a wonderful family I met through our dog Chili. Chili picked up Willy in front of our house in Pinecrest one day as he and his mom were cruising down the street. It was the start of a great love affair and friendship.
But back to the house sale… Palmetto Bay is one of the best neighborhoods to raise a family. Many of the homes were built in the 1960’s and 1970’s, with gracious back yards, much like this super well-maintained one.
