Just Sold in Pembroke Pines

Congratulations to my buyer on the purchase of her beautiful 4 bedroom, five and a half bath, 4,000 square foot home in Pembroke Pines. We closed just in the nick of time for the family to celebrate Thanksgiving.

This was a whirlwind transaction from showings to closing in just five weeks.  The buyer, a physician/pathologist from NY, looked at 27 homes in two and a half days – yep, a crazy schedule.  She chose a Pembroke Pines beauty because of the price per square foot, total square footage of the house and grounds, great school district and spacious, country feeling to the neighborhood. As we entered the neighborhood, we both commented on the peaceful nature of the community.  And the well-maintained house had all the checks on the wish list as well as many updates, including impact windows, kitchen and baths.

This buyer was quick, decisive, reasonable and smart in her purchase.  She did her research and followed my advise and direction to close this sale on schedule, despite time restrictions.
