Been downtown lately? It’s a mass of construction cranes. Condo towers are going up all over the place from Miami Beach to Hollywood.
I’ve been tracking the 35 condo projects currently under construction in Miami-Dade County. Three of them are now completed towers*.
Most of these are available for pre-sale, meaning you can place a deposit down now, while under construction, and make payments at specified completion phases.
