As the Miami weather changes, so does the real estate market this fall. We are seeing a slow down in sales as interest rates have doubled over the last six months with a continued low supply of inventory. Over the past four months, 83 single family homes sold in Pinecrest. There are currently 87 homes for sale in the Village of Pinecrest and 30 pending sales.

We are not seeing the multiple offer frenzy as in the past year, but there is still high demand by buyers, especially first-time home buyers, to get in the game. Interest rates are expected to increase further so don’t delay buying or selling right now.
