Wynwood is going condo with a live/work building in the Arts District just a hop away from Wynwood Walls. The project is designed by New York City-based architect Laith Sayigh and is being developed by Fortis Developments co-founders, Bradley R. Carlson and David Polinsky.
The mixed-use project consists of two ground floor retail units and nine spacious one and two bedrooms units, ranging from 768 to 1,602 square feet and priced from the mid $300,000’s to just over $600,000. There are also two large penthouses, one with over 2,700 square feet of interior space and a 2,300 square foot private roof deck.
