Corporate relocation to Miami is an exciting and important part of my real estate business. I specialize in providing destination services for national and international companies relocating executives to Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Key Biscayne and Brickell.
Miami is a burgeoning tech hub for companies out of New York, Chicago and San Francisco, opening offices downtown, on Brickell and in Wynwood. The medical field is another huge relocation sector with Baptist Health, University of Miami and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital recruiting doctors and hospital executives to our beautiful city.
What’s Involved in Relocation?
Corporations require a variety of destination services for employees and their families:
- purchasing and leasing homes and condos
- visiting public and private schools
- touring neighborhoods
- familiarization of amenities, restaurants and cultural opportunities
- obtaining drivers licenses (for international families)
