October Home Sales in South Coral Gables

Snapper Creek Lakes, Gables by the Sea, Old Cutler Bay Estates and Pine Bay Estates were the only luxury communities in South Coral Gables with closed sales in October, 2013.  A total of five homes sold along Old Cutler Road, South of Kendall Drive (SW 88th St).

The chart below lists the five properties that sold, the highest in Snapper Creek Lakes and the lowest in Gables by the Sea.  When looking at price per square foot, the house on Balada St., in the waterfront community of Old Cutler Bay Estates, commanded the most per square foot at $582.

Based on these five homes, the average sale in the South Gables was a 5 bedroom, 4 bath house with 5, 153 square feet of living space that sold for an average of  $2,266,800 or $419 per square foot.  On average, homes were on the market 216 days and sold within 95% of list price to sale price.
