Village of Pinecrest Home Sales – July and August 2020
Village of Pinecrest home sales in July and August were strong with a total of 67 closings. The average sale price for both months was $1,732,228 or $388 per square foot (SF), an 11% increase over 2019 sales.

July had a huge increase in number of sales, up 70% over 2019, but a decline in average and median price. August, on the other hand, was significantly up in all values, with the average sales price surging to 45%.
Pinecrest is one of the hottest communities right now for sellers. Anything listed and priced correctly is going under contract quickly. Buyers are struggling to find homes, especially under $1 million, and multiple offers are common.
