Village of Pinecrest Winter 2022 Housing Report
Village of Pinecrest remains a very strong sellers market as February comes to a close. I just wish there were more sellers because I have buyers. Real estate inventory is still dreadfully low, especially under $1 million.
There are only 47 homes for sale in Pinecrest with 51 homes currently under contract. In January, 16 homes sold – the least expensive for $620,000 that sold immediately and the most expensive for $9,250,000 that sold well over list price after being on the market a year.
The average Pinecrest single family home is selling for $2,232,527. Sellers are getting their price, if not over asking price in multiple offer situations.
