Luxury Market: Sales Over $1 Million

In the luxury market, with 13 sales over $1 million, the hot market continued to be between $1 – 1.4 million.  Eleven of the 13 homes that sold in the second quarter were between $1.1 and $1.3 million.

This year only two homes sold at the top end between $ 3 – 5 million.

Sales Under $ 1 Million

There were 37 single family home sales under $1 million in the second quarter of 2015.  The hot market, with 18 of the sales, was between $ 700,000 – 900,000. 

In the second quarter of 2014, there were more sales between $600,000 and $800,000 as well as under $500,000.
